Most people will never recover from PTSD…
Want to know why?
Because they can never admit that they need help…
They can never admit that they can’t do it on their own…
Their sense of pride is too strong, and it costs them everything…
It doesn’t.
Let me ask you this…
Isn’t admitting that you need help hard to do?
Yes… It was one of the hardest things I had to do.
And don’t hard things take a lot of strength to do?
Yes.
Easy things don’t require strength…
Hard things do.
Lifting a 5 pound weight is easy, and therefore requires little strength…
Deadlifting 500 pounds is hard, and therefore requires a lot of strength…
In the rest of this article I’m going to convince you need to get help for your PTSD… TODAY.
Beware! I can be very persuasive.
You don’t have to be alone in this fight.
Admitting that you have PTSD, and that you need help, is the first step to kicking it out of your life for good.
Now, let’s get started.
This one myth single-handedly causes millions to suffer for life.
This one myth is responsible for my 17 years of nightmares, flashbacks, crushing anxiety, and many lost relationships.
It’s the reason why my PTSD progressively got worse and worse and worse until it ate up over 90% of my life.
It’s the reason why I almost lost the person I loved most in the world.
And had I not changed, I wouldn’t even be here talking to you today.
Do you know what it is?
The biggest myth about PTSD is…
Time heals all wounds.
This is why you might be keeping your PTSD in hiding.
You’re stowing it away so no one has to know, and so no one has to get hurt…
You’re thinking that maybe in time you’ll just get over it.
That’s completely wrong…
I “managed” my PTSD for most of my life…
I was able to keep my nightmares quiet at night so my family wouldn’t hear…
I was able to hide away from everyone when my flashbacks hit me out of nowhere…
I was living a secret life, and nobody knew what was going on.
I lived like this for a long time just hoping and praying to god that in time I would heal and be able to live a normal life…
Eventually I lost all hope and accepted that I had to live with this terror inside me forever.
I thought I could just manage the way I had been doing for all these years…
But, I was wrong.
As time went on, things didn’t stay the same…
They got a LOT worse…
My nightmares started getting worse and would last longer…
I started getting triggered into my flashbacks more frequently…
And I was isolated from everyone and everything until I lost my job…
My relationship started to suffer.
I was head over heels in love with this boy Brad…
He would hold me through the nightmares and flashbacks every single time.
He was doing okay for a while, but then things started to turn cold.
My nightmares and flashbacks ramped up into even higher gears and I was losing the majority of my days and nights to them.
Brad was still there helping me, but I noticed a fear growing in his eyes…
He started feeling on edge all the time, he was constantly scared and jumping at small noises, his hands started twitching uncontrollably, and was massively depressed.
I thought that if I just let things go time would heal and things would get better.
I believed in the myth that everyone touts around… And it almost cost me everything.
The truth is that I didn’t have to go through all of that.
Brad and I didn’t have to go through all that pain, heartache, and suffering.
We felt lost, hopeless, and out control not knowing what to do.
But, this all could have been avoided if I faced my fears, admitted there was something wrong, put my pride on a shelf, and asked for help.
You can avoid all the pain I went through by realizing and accepting that you NEED help…
You need to realize that you can’t do it on your own.
If you could heal on your own you would have done it already.
If you knew how to recover you would have healed, no one in their right mind would be like…
“I know how to heal my nightmares, flashbacks, and uncontrollable anxiety… But I’m just going to choose not to. I actually LOVE the pain!!!”
Admitting you can’t do this alone is the first step.
You have to admit it.
Everything you love depends on it…
It took me 17 painful years to learn these simple lessons…
To be able to commit to your healing and to actually follow through and take action after reading this you need a strong purpose…
To build a strong purpose you need to think about this from right perspective…
Do you see why this is so important now?
It’s about you, yes…. But it’s about so much more than you.
You can create a beautiful life for you, your family, and for others who are going through the same pain that you’re going through right now!
Don’t you see that recovering from PTSD isn’t a should…
Recovering from PTSD is a must…
Please don’t be one of those people who reads a great article and then takes no action.
The only way your life will change is if you take action.
Today I am recovered from my 15+ years of PTSD and am completely symptom free.
But, it wasn’t an easy transition…
I went to TONS of different therapies, but none of it was working…
No one could give me a clear path to recovery…
They said that I just had to live with the pain of my PTSD nightmares, flashbacks, depression, anxiety, and everything else forever.
You can never blindly trust your health professional, you always have to question what they say.
Too many people look up to these people like they are gods.
You have to be there for yourself and stand up for what you believe in.
Because when a doctor tells you that it’s impossible to heal it could leave you devastated… feeling like you’re up against an impossible force.
You have to have your head on straight so you have the mental fortitude to push through all the obstacles that you face.
Healing takes time and effort, you need a way to get out of the cycle of constant ups and downs and start your steady progress upwards.
You need a way to take all the “charge” and uncontrollable emotion from past events in your life.
I am now lucky enough to help people recover from PTSD every single day.
It’s my life mission to help people like you move past this pain once and for all.
I know what it’s like to be in the hell of PTSD, and I also know what it’s like to have no symptoms whatsoever.
I want to help YOU right now.
PTSD leaves you hopeless, I’m going to give you hope.
I’m no one special. If I were special it wouldn’t have taken me 17 years to recover.
I learned the hard way, but you don’t have to.
I created a free online training workshop where you’ll learn the 3 things that had the biggest impact on my recovery.
